We GoIntegra, a leading technology based facility management company, looking for a young, dynamic, result oriented professional for Facility Manager/ Assistant Facility Manager role. We are looking for candidates who has atleast 1 year prior experience working in Apartment / Villas (or) willing to work with residential society under minimal guidance & support from management. The work you do will directly impact the living standard of people who live among us in our societies.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Candidates must have good knowledge in facility management services, must have a good communication & problem solving skills.
Should be able to manage a team of 20 to 40 people (Security, Housekeeping, Gardening, Operators & Technicians), and maintain good rapport with the clients & employees.
Project coordination with vendors, ensure timely project execution within budget & report to management team
Prioritise work as per the management instructions, follow the SLA & escalation process
Ensure the hand over and take over work activities during shift change over between technicians/BMS and amongst AFMs
Ensure customer compliance are attended on time by technicians, tickets are closed with in SLA
Incident report detailed report with RCA
Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns Supervise the logbooks, checklists and schedules
Knowledge about DG, Elevator, STP is added advantage
Qualifications:
BE/B-Tech in EEE or MBA.
Hospitality Management
MSc or MCA
Others:
Language: Kannada, Hindi, English
Experience must be less than <10 years
Age <45 years
Location: Bangalore, willing to travel / relocate anywhere in Bangaluru.

Salary: ₹36,000.00 to ₹48,000.00 /month
